With everything that’s been going on over the past few weeks, we thought we’d remind everyone not to forget to make time to play. It may seem hard to do but setting aside some time for play will enhance your overall well being as play releases endorphins, which are the body’s natural “happy chemicals”. Endorphins can relieve pain, boost well being, alleviate stress and promote happiness. Now doesn’t that sound nice.

So turn off the news, put away the screens and just do something fun today. It can be anything you like. Our favorite things lately have been bike riding and playing old school board games and as an added bonus we give the old mind and body a workout. But the real reason is just to play and have fun. 

So go out there and find your “Play”.
